Track shipments

  • By indicating your email address at the point of service, you will automatically receive the status of the shipment.
  • Select the “Messages” (SMS) menu on your mobile phone and enter the sending number in a new message. Send the message to +44 7720 33 44 55 and after a few moments you will receive a reply text message with information about your shipment.
  • Or you can, at any time, locate your shipment on the internet by indicating the shipment number: www.dhl.ch

  • Surcharge of CHF 20.00 per shipment subject to customs duties in zone A + B, valid for all box formats
  • Security surcharge of CHF 30.00 per shipment to Afghanistan, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen (These countries can change at any time and without notice depending on the current situation)
